Chanukah in the City Chanukah in the City - Menorah Mr. Menachem Khoen President of Hamerkaz Ha Israeli thanked Chabad of Melbourne CBD, an organisation that has been operating for 9 years in Melbourne s Central Business District, for all the great work that they do. The organisation offers weekly Lunch & Learn sessions and Jewish Festival Programs attended by Federal, State and local politicians. Chabad of Melbourne CBD also serve as the first point of call to those living, working, touring or relocating to the city directing them to Jewish Melbourne . Mr. Khoen also thanked the Lord Mayor of Melbourne Cr. John So and his colleagues for assisting Chabad of Melbourne CBD in its activities.
